Well I tried to come up with a new and lovely blog design for you. Tried several on and they just didn't do the job. So here's another, not my favorite colors for sure but seems to be a good background for the cards.
Another snowy day for us in the Cariboo. I think I can safely say that the majority of us aren't terribly impressed! Yes, I know we need the moisture in the ground after all of the fires we had around here last summer. Well really we needed this the winter before now didn't we!!! Perhaps we wouldn't have had the fires!!! Anyways, I can't seem to control the weather no matter how hard I try!!! lol Not even with my magic wand!
Hope you enjoy the cards! And wherever you are, your day as well!
I will be back sometime!

I made this card for Dianne way over in Quebec! Isn't this just so darn cute!!! I am not a big magnolia fan but this is one that I do like! The punch is EK Success. Spellbinder circle dies. And if you look closely at the butterflies they are made from the cutouts off the punch! I glittered them up and thought, yup that looks like a butterfly to me!
This was a based on a card that I saw somewhere out on the great wide web! The die cut is made from a Heartfelt Designs die set (made by Spellbinders for them) The flowers are from Wild Orchid. Background words are an SU stamp. Terri at http://stampsalive.blogspot.com/ sells the die's at a really good price, as well as a lot of other things.

Oh ya I know, make supper!!!! Ok so I wasn't at it that long and supper are just left over's!!! I added a couple of new sites to my links for you. Stamps Alive is run by a gal named Terri. She has really awesome prices and is great to deal with as well! Also added is Bugaboo Stamps. It is run by a gal named Jodie! She has also started putting some of her digital stamps into polymer. Should likely put that link up there too, hey. Ya, maybe tomorrow!!!! So I hope you enjoy and also that I did a reasonable job of telling you what stuff I used on the cards, even if it is the same stuff over and over!!!. Ciao for now and have a great evening! I promise I have a couple more to add but can't just yet as they haven't been received.
This stamp is from Crafter's Companion. They are called Popcorn Bears. I find that they are fairly large. They don't leave you a lot of room on a reasonably sized card to put much else. So if you are into few embellishments then these are good stamps for you. I used some nesties, gems, leaf punch, wild orchid flowers which I spiraled some of the ends of the stems, that's the dark green you see sticking up there. In the upper right corner I put a die cut photo corner, likely made by sizzix.
Isn't this adorable. I love this stamp. It is another one of Elizabeth Bell's design. Purchased it from SCAD. This little girl looks a whole lot like my grandaughter! And as you can see I used spellbinder nesties, Wild Orchid flowers, Quickutz flourish. And a bunch of other stuff.
Oh this woman just makes me giggle!!!! She is just irreverent! Image is a digital stamp from Bugaboo Stamps. Who just happens to hale from Saskatchewan in Canada. I should have this made into a poster!!!! Seems I get off on one thing and before you know it there is a million things that are chompin at my own @#! that need to be done. hahaha oh well.
Some spellbinder shapes used here. And a new punch made for SU. Yep got the corner punch that goes with it. I gotta learn to use those better. I have a number of them and really think they look nice but dumb as a post when it comes to getting it to work out well for me, and yes I have read the instructions a million....well maybe 3 times!!!! I will get it oh yes I will!!!! I must post a link to Jodie's site at Bugaboo Stamps.
Oh yeah, must not forget this one! I made one of these each for my girls for fall. If I remember correctly I made the easel cards. But you know how hard it is to take a good pic of those kind of cards! So apparently I don't have one!!! The image is digital and I can't find which company made it. I took all of my stuff off my computer and it is on CD's for the time being.
This is an Elizabeth Bell design. The stamp is from Belles and Whistles in Hawaii. I used copics to color the image. The image was cut out with a spellbinder die also the heart die is from Spellbinders. The leaves are Martha Stewart and EK Sucess punches. Flowers are from Wild Orchid.

Long after the season is over with of course! Here she comes with a crapload of these things! Never could settle on one design so ended up doing a lot of different ones. Enjoy.....if your still in the mood and not "DONE" with christmas cards yourselves!!! If you have any questions about company's or whatever. Don't hesitate to ask! I'll likely get around to answering you sooner or later! aaaaaaaaaahahahahaha Oh and by the way Happy New Year!!!!!! aye!
This wasn't the only ones I did but the other ones are fairly similar to some of these! And apparently I didn't do much of a cropping job on some of them either! Oh my! Must run for now. Supper in the making and company coming soon! Oh would you look at that snow coming down out there. It is so pretty! I have been snowplowing about 2 miles of driveway for 3 days this week. Fun! At least when it's warm it is!!! Ciao for now!!!!
